LINC – Language Instruction for New Comers to Canada

ELIGIBILITY
Free English language classes are provided for Permanent Residents, Landed Immigrants, Convention Refugees or Government Sponsored Refugees who are 18 years and older.

MANDATE
Our mandate is to provide English language instruction to eligible adult immigrants and refugees to facilitate their social, cultural, economic and political integration into Canadian society.

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada, LINC, is funded by the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
