The Venerable Glen Miller is a retired Anglican priest who served as Archdeacon of Sudbury–Manitoulin and incumbent of the Parish of Copper Cliff and Lively for over 21 years. During his tenure he was deeply committed to pastoral ministry, congregational development, and community outreach across the Deanery of Sudbury–Manitoulin.

Throughout his ministry, Ven. Miller embodied a vision of faith grounded in Christian community and service. He worked to strengthen the life of his congregations through Bible study, worship, and active engagement with those in need. His leadership and dedication were recognized when the parish gathered to celebrate and give thanks for his years of faithful service.

Ven. Miller retired from full-time parish ministry on June 30, 2022, and continues to reside in the Sudbury area. He remains active in supporting the broader Anglican community and currently serves in an interim capacity at St. John the Divine Anglican Church in Copper Cliff.

The Reverend Norm Blanchard is a Deacon Associate at the Church of the Epiphany in Sudbury and a valued member of the Diocese of Algoma. Ordained to the vocational diaconate in 2023, Norm has devoted himself to compassionate ministry, most notably through fourteen years of leadership of the Supportive Care & Grief Services program at Maison McCulloch Hospice, where he accompanied countless individuals and families through loss with wisdom and faith. His ministry embodies the diaconal calling—bringing Christ’s presence and the Church’s love into the most tender and vulnerable moments of people’s lives.

Rhonda grew up in Stoney Creek, just outside Hamilton, Ontario. She attended Brock University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Child Studies, and afterwards worked for the Catholic Children’s Aid Society as a Special Needs Worker. Rhonda eventually felt a call to combine her love of children with her love of God and entered Huron College in London, Ontario, in September of 1988, to pursue a Master of Divinity degree and to work towards ordination in the Diocese of Niagara.

In 1991 Rhonda was ordained a Deacon for the Diocese of Niagara, and in 1992 she was ordained to the Priesthood in the same diocese. In 2004 she felt a call to pursue a career in hospital chaplaincy — something she felt gifted for after completing a Clinical Pastoral Education unit at Kitchener–Waterloo Hospital as part of her training — and joined St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Sudbury, as a Hospital Chaplain. Today Rhonda continues as a Hospital Chaplain with Health Sciences North, and in June 2015 she was appointed Lead Chaplain for the Health Sciences North Spiritual and Religious Care Department.

In her spare time Rhonda loves to read, cook, bake and spend time with whatever furry friend is blessing her life at the time.

Carrie has been a treasured member of our parish community for many years and has brought a spirit of warmth, consistency, and genuine care to her role as our office administrator. With a welcoming presence and a heart for service, Carrie ensures that our parish life runs smoothly—greeting visitors with kindness, managing communications, coordinating the many moving parts of our community, and attending to the needs that arise each day. Her approachability and dependability have made her a valued part of our faith community, and her hospitality reflects the heart of Christ’s welcome to all who enter our doors.
