Please plan to attend our annual vestry meeting on Sunday March 4th, right after the 10:30am service. This year we are going to change it up a bit and have a quick soup and sandwich lunch in the Phoenix Hall before we have our meeting. So you don’t have to rush home to make lunch! Child care will be available during the meeting if you let the office or Jane know in advance that you would like it provided. The Fellowship Team has volunteers to make soup and is seeking sandwich makers! If you are able to make a loaf of sandwiches for the 4th please let Kym or Eileen know as soon as possible.
As a reminder from the Diocesan Canons: All persons shall be entitled to vote in the vestry of a congregation in the Diocese who:
a) are baptized; and b) are of full age of 16 years; and c) are habitual attendants at Divine Service in the congregation; and d) have contributed during the year immediately preceding to the working expenses of the parish/congregation.
